Investment fund for impact enterprises

INVESTMENT FUND

During the 19-month investment period ending on December 31, 2023, the SIIC Fund, s.r.o. (managed by Sociálni Inovátori Impact Capital, s.r.o.) invested nearly €19 million into Slovak companies with a positive social impact (impact investing), in the form of equity and/or quasi-equity. Currently, an approximately 8-year period of "scaling up" these companies and developing their impact is underway.

The fund's strategy is focused on the development of three core pillars, through which we support the advancement of employment, social inclusion, digitalization, impact media, fintech, and social innovations.

FUND'S PORTFOLIO

The fund's portfolio consists of 11 companies with a positive social impact. Some of them may invest in other projects or companies with impact, within the strategic pillars of the fund. These primarily include social and healthcare services, community development, education, and employment support.
