By expanding the existing community center and creating better (including working) conditions, the association Young Roma (Združenie mladých Rómov) will be able to fulfill its mission of integrating Roma, as well as non-Roma, into society on a broader scale.

By providing permanent job opportunities (through a social enterprise), training, leisure activities, and institutional support, the association helps its clients develop skills, work habits, and healthy self-confidence, while also teaching them to take responsibility for their lives.
