We have developed a study on the economic sustainability of a future multifunctional community center in the unused building of a high school. The building is located in a relatively isolated residential area in Zvolen.

The project aims to create a non-existent "center" for the housing estate, bring missing services to the estate, and prepare a platform for implementing good ideas that have a positive impact on society.

The project is managed by the Banská Bystrica self-governing region.
