About the Project: Through our investment in 3SC, we are addressing the critical shortage of skilled labor and the technological gap within the Slovak meat industry. We support a business model that combines honest craftsmanship with modern technology, an eco-friendly approach, and social responsibility.


Key Pillars of Our Investment:

  • Revitalizing Craft and Education: We are building a bridge between vocational schools and real-world practice. Through internships and educational programs, we motivate the younger generation and restore the well-deserved prestige of the butchery profession.

  • Modern and Inclusive Work Environment: We invest in automation, ergonomics, and technologies that reduce the physical demands of the job. Simultaneously, we create opportunities for the socially disadvantaged and promote inclusive employment.

  • Locality and Sustainability: We support a closed-loop collaboration with local farmers. We emphasize ecological processing, food safety, and short supply chains (from farm directly to market).

  • Quality Innovations: We implement cutting-edge control systems and modern processes that make the industry attractive to eco-conscious professionals and discerning consumers.
